2025 iPhones: A Comprehensive Look at Apple's Upcoming Lineup

Apple is set to release five new iPhone models in 2025, catering to various budgets and preferences. The iPhone SE 4 will receive significant upgrades, including an edge-to-edge OLED display, A18 chip, 8GB of RAM, 48MP camera, USB-C port, and potentially Apple's first in-house 5G modem. Similar advancements can be seen in other brands like Redmi.

The iPhone 17 Air will replace the Plus model, emphasizing a thin design with similar specs to the base iPhone 17 but at a higher price point. It's expected to feature Apple's 5G modem and a high-refresh display. The iPhone 17 Pro will sport a redesigned aluminum frame, a larger camera bump, the A19 Pro chip, 12GB of RAM, and Qualcomm's 5G modem. The entire iPhone 17 lineup will boast an upgraded 24MP front camera. Samsung is also making strides in camera technology with its budget-friendly A16.

The iPhone 17 Pro Max will inherit the Pro's features with enhanced battery life and a smaller Dynamic Island. It might also have exclusive camera improvements and potentially embedded Face ID. The base iPhone 17 will likely feature the A19 chip, 8GB of RAM, and the same 6.1-inch display as its predecessor. The HONOR Magic7 Lite offers a compelling alternative in the mid-range segment.
