Apple Fitness+ Expands Content and Integrates with Strava

Apple Fitness+ kicks off 2025 with new workout programs, meditations, and a Strava integration. Users can now share completed Fitness+ workouts to Strava, including details like episode image, music genre, and metrics. Strava subscribers can also redeem a free Fitness+ trial.

New Fitness+ Programs

  • Progressive Strength Training: A three-week program with twelve 30-minute workouts designed to build and maintain strength across all major muscle groups.
  • Pickleball Conditioning: Led by champion Catherine Parenteau, this program focuses on strength, endurance, and agility exercises specific to pickleball.
  • Yoga Peak Poses: Intimate sessions building confidence in specific yoga poses.
  • Introduction to Breath Meditation: Guided breathing exercises to manage stress, boost energy, and improve focus.

New Music and Time to Walk

  • Artist Spotlight Series: New playlists featuring Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and more.
  • Time to Walk: New episodes starting January 13th, featuring Adam Scott, Steve Aoki, Tiffany Haddish, Rita Ora, and others.
