This guide provides instructions for flashing .BIN firmware files on various Android devices, including those with Mediatek and Spreadtrum chipsets.

Requirements

Flashing Procedure

  1. Extract the Piranhabox Tool archive.

  2. Download and extract the .BIN firmware file for your device.

  3. Run Piranha_Box.exe from the extracted Piranhabox Tool folder.

  4. In Piranhabox Tool, click on the "Chinese Tool" button.

  5. Under "Chinese Tools", select "MTK Chipset Tool" (for MTK devices) and click the "Maximize" button.

  6. In the MTK Chipset Tool, select "Write".

  7. Click "Browse" and locate your .BIN firmware file.

  8. Under "Boot", select "8th Boot" (mt65xx).

  9. Click the "USB Mode" button.

  10. Select "Cable Name USB_(Cable&Mode)".

  11. Power off your device, connect it to your PC via USB, then click "Start" to begin flashing.

  12. Wait for the flashing process to complete. A "Green Pass Status" will display upon success.

  13. Disconnect your device and close Piranhabox Tool.
