Manage Medications with Apple Health
Apple Health's Medications feature helps you track and remember your medications, including discretionary ones. Set up medication schedules, dosages, and formats within the app. While some supplements may not be in Apple's database, you can create custom icons for them. The app organizes medications by scheduled time and allows for multiple doses per day. However, it doesn't currently support varying doses on different days. Customizing Notifications
The app offers customizable notifications to aid medication adherence. These include Dose Reminders, Follow Up Reminders, and Critical Alerts, which override mute and Focus modes for crucial medications. You can also adjust notifications for time zone changes. Tracking and History
Monitor your medication compliance history within the app. The timeline displays filled circles, indicating taken doses. This data can be valuable for adjusting notification settings or consulting with healthcare professionals.
