Leaked information suggests the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's base model will retain 12GB of RAM, similar to its predecessor, the S24 Ultra. The S25 Ultra will reportedly be available in three configurations: 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB. While Samsung emphasizes AI features, the decision to maintain 12GB RAM in the base model might seem unusual, given the memory demands of AI processing.
